但无论精确的机制如何,间充质干细胞促血管新生的特性已在较多缺血动物模型中得到应用。Zhu等[32]通过构建缺血性脑卒中大鼠模型,发现人脐带间充质干细胞的移植能显著提高局部血流灌注,并促进了神经功能恢复。在促进伤口愈合的相关研究中,发现间充质可以通过增加毛细血管样管腔数量促进肉芽组织存活来加快伤口愈合[33-35]。
但是,目前将人脐带间充质干细胞用于血栓的研究尚未见报道。该实验即利用脐带间充质干细胞的促血管生成特性,结合血栓机化、溶解及再通过程需要新血管生成在这一特点,提出间充质干细胞可能有助于血栓机化、溶解及再通的设想。该实验发现一定剂量的人脐带间充质干细胞移植能显著增加血栓内的小血管数目,从而有助于血栓机化;但对血栓的溶解和管腔再通无效。但需承认,观察血栓溶解及血管再通的金标准系DSA,实验仅计算血栓横切面上小血管数目及存留血栓面积的大小,故存在其局限性,所得结论亦相对较保守,但目前得到的这些结果是值得课题组在该方面进一步探究的。
因此,实验结果为脐带间充质干细胞的促血管生成特性增加了动物实验证据,并为进一步研究间充质干细胞对静脉血栓的治疗作用探索了初步研究基础。
